WOD: 40 minutes Monster Mash!!!

On a 40 minute Running Clock, EMOM Style-

For minutes 1-10:

#1: 15 Wall Ball @20/14lbs
#2: 200 meter Run

For minutes 11-20:

#1: 10 Burpees
#2: 10 Goblet Squats @24/16kg

For minutes 21-30:

#1: 20 Air Squats
#2: 10 HR Push Ups

For minutes 31-40:

#1: 12 AKBS @24/16kg
#2: 200 meter Run

*Scale reps for all movements and weights accordingly so you can finish EMOM in time! Be Smart!
